TYPICAL TRAINING

Our schedules vary somewhat with level of play and cost of teams, but an example of a typical week for most of our teams would be:

Weekly

1 x Dryland/Strength & Conditioning (more for higher level teams)

1 x Skating Focused (Karen Kos or Victor Kraatz)

1 – 2 Team Practices

Bi – Weekly

1 x Santorelli HD

1 x Tactical Training (Shooting/Defence/Scoring)

1 x PFGS with Sean Murray or Tavin Grant
