Former Seattle Thunderbird and Current UBC thunderbird, Jerret brings a wealth of knowledge to the coaching staff. Jerret is currently the Captain of the UBC Thunderbirds studying business. He previously served as Captain of Seattle Thunderbirds of WHL where he led them to finals of the WHL championship. He brings a winning attitude and demonstrates true leadership. His focus is on the development and attention to details, and excels in bringing out the best in the young hockey players both on and off the ice.

Owner of PFGS Inc, BC’s top Goalie School. Sean has over 20 years experience of goalie coaching all levels of goaltenders. Sean has 11 years of experience as a GC in WHL and currently GC for PG Cougars of the WHL and previously with Vancouver Giants which included a Memorial Cup in 2007. Sean also works for Hockey Canada as well as locally for BCMML and BWC Academy.

Along with being a 3 time Olympian, World Champion, Victor Kraatz is a hockey-specific skating instructor in North Vancouver, British Columbia. He is level 3 certified by the Canadian National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP 3) a Skate Canada certified CanPowerSkate instructor and also Hockey Canada registered coach.

Victor teaches advanced stride mechanics with a focus on technique and body composition. Victor’s classes are taught with specific game situations in mind; this means that the movements and skills taught are directly transferable to in-game scenarios. Skating is the most important tool a hockey player has. That’s why Victor’s comprehensive skating program is built to add power and velocity to each player’s specific skating style.

Adam Nugent-Hopkins trains athletes from atom to professional. His main goal is to promote athleticism and improve speed, strength and power. Adam has 10 years of training experience and continues to stay up to date on the most proficient sports science available.

Using the Triphasic philosophy allows Adam to maximize an athletes training whether it is in-season or off-season.

Never afraid to think outside the box to give an athlete an advantage, Adam pushes himself to be the best in order to make others exceed their potential.

For the past 26 years Karen Kos has owned and operated her own Technical Skating business overseeing program development working with players from the minor, junior, collegiate and professional hockey ranks. Karen’s knowledge, unique style, reputation and work ethic has placed her in high demand with many minor hockey associations, hockey academies and a variety of hockey schools in the lower mainland. 

Karen’s impressive team resume includes winning 8 championships from Major Midget to the WHL levels within the past 5 years.  Karen works with many professional player agents where she skates their clients in the off season as they prepare for their upcoming year. She is currently the high performance coach at the NSWC, BWC, BWC Academy, Yale Academy and the North Vancouver Wolfpack of the PJHL. 

Regardless of a players age or current level of play, the quality of instruction that Karen delivers each session is guaranteed to deliver results.

Manny hails from Burnaby, BC and is the former Canadian and IBO Super Welterweight Champion of the World. He also represented Canada in the 1998 Summer Olympics in Seoul , South Korea. He has recently started to help committed hockey players in their fitness endeavors by coaching them in boxing, footwork and fitness.
